Welcome to our newest endeavor. After much debate and reflection, we decided that MARSEC4 would be the ideal place for us to keep our focus on the world of Maritime Law Enforcement, but to also expand and grow our topics of discussion. For those who followed 14USC89.com, worry not. All the articles that you enjoyed have been transfered onto this site and are still available. You can also expect us to maintain our coverage of the MLEO here on this site.

MARSEC4 is a website dedicated to the men and women who defend and police our waters and the world’s oceans. We know how critical the Maritime Law Enforcement and Naval Warfare communities are to the safety and security of those on shore and feel a need to directly support those efforts. Our purpose is to provide current news, editorials, and equipment reviews relevant to all law enforcement, military, and security officers operating on any body of water in this country, and throughout the world.

MARSEC4 also provides insight, advice, and planning tips that could serve you well in your personal life. We live in uncertain times and it is our belief that preparation is key to survival. We all work for companies, organizations, and agencies that have plans in place regarding emergency management… but what about you?

Originally launched as 14USC89.com, we grew to become the primary source for the Maritime Law Enforcement Officer (MLEO) to visit and keep updated in current events. MARSEC4 matches that goal and expands the mission objective, something that we feel will benefit our readers. The ultimate goal is to make this website promulgate the law enforcement and training program that your organization doesn’t have the guts to implement.

Our ability to bring you new ideas, articles, and reviews, will be in relation to our growth. With that, we ask that  if you find items that you like on this site, you help us spread the word.
